Let's take a look at two music festivals that will happen in July.
On one hand you have Rock Fest, the Wisconson festival that takes place July 17-20 and will feature the only announced reunion date from Stone Temple Pilots.
On the other hand you have T in the Park, the Scottish festival that takes place July 11-13 and will be headlined by REM, Rage Against The Machine and Verve, all of whom have multiple international gigs scheduled for 2008.
Rock Fest will also feature full sets from Boston, Poison, Tesla, Live, Jackyl and The Wallflowers, with many more to be announced.
T in the Park will also feature abbreviated sets from Hot Chip, Aphex Twin, The Charlatans, The Pogues, Kings Of Leon, Kaiser Chiefs, The Prodigy, Primal Scream, Pigeon Detectives, The Raconteurs, The Fratellis, Stereophonics, The Kooks, The Chemical Brothers, Interpol, Ian Brown, Biffy Clyro, Counting Crows, KT Tunstall, Feeder, The Enemy, The Feeling, Panic At The Disco, Ben Folds, The Wombats, Justice, The National, Band of Horses, Sons and Daughters and Lightspeed Champion, with many more to be announced.
Rock Fest is sponsored by Leinenkugel Beer, Jack Daniels and Captain Morgans.
T in the Park features Healthy T, a food area dedicated to serving healthy eats like "porridge, and fresh fruits to wraps."
Winner: Duh?

rock festivals in my opinon is just a couple of days of fun which have great music as you said with K.T. Tunshall which iam a megafan of.
