In what will likely go down as one of the greatest sports upsets of all time, the wild card New York Giants stunned the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl.
The Giants did what no other team could do all season, the shut down Tom Brady and his offense. They ran the clock. And they were able to break the Patriots defense to score the winning touchdown with :50 seconds left. For those who noticed, Eli Manning threw the winning touchdown at exactly 9:11. Hmmm. Looks like we know who God wanted to win.
On Super Tuesday (they day of the New York State Presidential primary election), New York City will host a ticker-tape parade. The festivities kick off at 11am along the Canyon of Heroes, a stretch along Broadway from the Customs House to City Hall, where they will arrive around 1pm...........
