Press Here Publicity, who represent The White Stripes, have issued a statement regarding the week old Meg White sex tape that made its way around the blogosphere yesterday:
Some people have a very twisted sense of humor and this prank is in particularly bad taste. The tape circulating on the internet as featuring Meg White is fake. It’s definitely not Meg.
That said, Meg still is suffering from this mysterious "acute anxiety" and this surely couldn't have helped that situation.......
