The Beat Up Old Fellas, better known as Art Brut 47 or We Are Scients, opened for The Long Blondes and Nicole Atkins & The Sea at the Luna Lounge last night. And we know the internet never lies so we're going to believe them. They have two more area shows before heading to Los Angeles to finish recording their new album.......

haven't written up the show yet, but i thought they were kinda boring last night. a lot of new stuff, as expected which was all sort of midtempo and lackluster. one song sounded gothy in a klaxons kind of way.
also: zero banter. zero.
