In the current issue of the NME, the mag picks what they consider the '50 Greatest Indie Anthems Ever" and it's not a bad list. It's not a great list either. A tad too much of The Libertines for my liking.
I know Brits use 'indie' as we use 'alternative', but I'm thinking it's time for PSNYC to do another massive list and contest. What you think? The 100 Greatest Indie Rock Anthems of All Time as selected by you and me. Hmmm. Yeah, let's do it. I'll sort out prizes and shit later.
